It’s a Christmas miracle – kids can now receive calls from Santa Claus himself this holiday season.
While children of old could only imagine a conversation with St. Nick, artificial intelligence is changing the way young people now experience the festive season.
Children can now write wish lists to send to the North Pole, before Santa contacts them via a ‘real phone call’.
“Watch children’s faces light up as Santa learns their name, wishes and favorite things in a one-on-one conversation they’ll never forget,” AI-powered company SantaPhoneCalls.com announces on its website.
For $9.95, kids get a one-time call from Santa, and for $14.95, kids can chat with him for five minutes and receive a recording to “relive the magical and loving memories of this moment for years to come.” next”.
For $19.95, the whole family gets a one-time personalized phone call from the North Pole.
After deciding which package to purchase, parents can then fill in the details that personalize the message from Santa.
The service does not use pre-recorded audio and instead uses generative AI to mimic real conversations, according to Jam Press.
“Using the latest artificial intelligence and natural language processing, we’ve created a virtual Santa that can interact with children over the phone in a truly personalized way,” Brendan Smith, co-founder of SantaPhoneCalls.com, told EIN Presswire. as KXAN reports.
He called the service “a very special holiday gift” for the whole family so everyone can “experience the magic of Santa.”
“Our goal is to bring the magic of the North Pole directly to families around the world,” he added.
This is not the first time that Santa’s job has been chosen by artificial intelligence.
Last year, AI-powered automated card service Handwrytten debuted a version of their service dedicated to writing personalized letters from Mr. Claus himself, who would then be delivered peppermint-scented with a return address of 123 Elf Road, North Pole, 88888.
There have even been NSFW chatbots posing as Kris Kringle to flirt with people likely to be on his bad list through the Bloom app.
