Nicole Kidman’s fictional house in ‘Babygirl’ can be yours in real life – and for a discount

A powerful CEO played by Nicole Kidman lives in the duplex apartment at 200 Amsterdam in “Babygirl” – a new erotic thriller about power and seduction that hits theaters on Christmas Day.

Until then, readers can check out Kidman’s fictional digs, a mansion that Kieran Culkin’s character Roman Roy also lived in on HBO’s hit series Succession.

What’s more, cameras have also been in and out of the building — and the penthouse — recently to film the second season of “Owning Manhattan,” the hit Netflix series starring Ryan Serhant and his team of top agents.

The condo is now asking $34.99 million, down from $38 million last year.

The apartment is located on the 49th and 50th floors of 200 Amsterdam on the Upper West Side. The 52-story tower, between West 69th and West 70th streets, is the tallest in the area.

It is also more controversial. After local activists challenged the building’s height, which is out of step with the neighborhood — claiming the developers used a zoning loophole to build higher than allowed — a judge ordered developers SJP Properties and Mitsui Fudosan America to cut 20 stories from the structure . The decision was overturned by a New York state appeals court in 2021.

The 6,347-square-foot penthouse comes with four bedrooms, terraces and panoramic views of Central Park and the Hudson River. The home opens from a private elevator lobby through double doors to a foyer with views of Central Park. It leads to an open living room with a wet bar, while the south wing features a formal dining room, an eat-in chef’s kitchen, and a “bonus” room that can be used as a home office or gym. Details also include floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak floors and 10-foot ceilings.

All four bedrooms are on the 50th floor. The master suite features a walk-in closet, a built-in wet bar, and a windowed bathroom similar to a spa bath. The building was designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects with interiors by CetraRuddy. Amenities include a spa with a 75-foot saltwater pool, a gym, a yoga and Pilates studio, a golf simulator, a massage treatment room, a meditation room, steam rooms and infrared saunas.

There is also a club floor with a private lounge and dining room, a landscaped terrace, a library, a study, private meeting rooms, music practice rooms and a children’s playroom. Usual rates are $12,717 per month.

The listing agents are Peter Zaitzeff, Jamie Hannon, Donna Strugatz and Caroline Sipourene of Serhant.
