Exclusive | NYC Penthouse Used as Filming Location for ‘Spider-Man’ and ‘Scarface’ Lists for $3.75M

A piece of “wrap” real estate history is up for grabs in Manhattan’s Tudor town — where a penthouse once featured in “The Godfather Part III,” the “Spider-Man” movies and “Scarface.” it is now listed for $3.75 million, The Post has learned.

This neo-Gothic gem offers unparalleled views and a chance to own one of New York’s most unique properties for its cinematic past.

Owned by Interior Marketing Group CEO Cheryl Eisen, the residence boasts approximately 2,600 square feet of meticulously designed interiors, complemented by a 700 square foot private terrace adorned with ornate gargoyles and griffins.

The terrace serves as a show-stopping outdoor space, perfect for entertaining or enjoying the cityscape, which includes direct views of the Chrysler Building.

Step inside and you’re greeted by a grand entryway that leads to a cavernous living area with soaring double ceilings and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light. A wood-burning fireplace adds a touch of old-world charm, while modern features like multi-zone central air bring contemporary conveniences.

The first level of the penthouse also houses a full-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.

But the real pièce de résistance is that outdoor terrace, a gothic fantasy that feels plucked from a movie set – because it kind of was – since scenes from those movies were filmed there.

Built in 1929, the building itself is a landmark in Tudor City, an enclave known for its charming pre-war architecture and tranquil green spaces.

Residents enjoy white-glove service, a state-of-the-art fitness center and other amenities. Its prime location near Grand Central, water services and ferries ensure convenience, while maintenance fees include electricity, heat and water.

Douglas Elliman’s Jessica Svensson, John Gomes and Fredrik Eklund carry the list.
